Be a Doer! -Spend time with the Head Coach and determine what you can do to help him and the team 8. Be passionate about your role as a coach - Realize that you will impact more people in one year than most people do in a lifetime 9. Make the coaching staff your best friends - You are blessed to have the opportunity to connect with people who are working toward a common goal. 10. Be loyal to the University, Athletic Department, Coaching Staff, Head Coach, and the Players you serve.

@BrennonChapman This is a terrible look by the program and should make the next coach think about taking this job since nothing is long term in today’s game. 6 years is a great run as a coach nowadays, no loyalty on either side. I would say let’s go win one together before you go.

Make no mistake. Lane Kiffin tried to destroy this program worse than the NCAA ever did. He wanted to leave it smoldering behind him. Keith Carter outplayed him and completely shut him down. He’s leaving disgraced with only 4 staff members

So basically everybody that matters went with him. This was poorly played by Ole Miss. The timing of how all this has to go down though is another big problem in college football. I wish Kiffin would have stayed but LSU is a tough long term opportunity to turn down.
