Dear @DAMACOfficial , I would like to share my personal feedback regarding the Property Resale-NOC process. Currently, the process requires: 1- Access through Damac Living App 2- Submission/upload of more than 25+ documents from both buyers and sellers and tenant bills (in case the unit is rented) 3- Completion of 8 different process steps 4- An overall cycle time of approximately 10 days This level of complexity does not align with Dubai’s vision of “Zero Bureaucracy,” customer happiness, and seamless ease of doing business. Dubai has positioned itself as a global leader in AI government services, efficiency, and customer-centric experiences, and such lengthy and document-heavy procedures create unnecessary operational burden, delays, and customer frustration. @DAMACOfficial Bought an apartment in Suburbia Jebel Ali, now ceramic floor is all cracked, very cheap material used. Cheap porcelain, cheap contractor who used cheap cement to fix the tiles, and today, I'm changing the whole apartment floor! Damac for disposable houses

@DAMACOfficial Terrible company! Wouldn't recommend buying off them! Can't get our place renovated as they don't have the As Built drawings! The drawings they give don't even have walls - how do we know which are support walls!Happiness center solution.....pay for a third party to do them!!!!!

@DAMACOfficial #DAMACHills2 community management is asking for irrelevant documents to provide NOC to brokers/real estate agents for arranging viewing of units, for rental/sale listings. They're asking Ejari even before unit is rented, which is unreasonable. Request support.
