VIDEO: Boko Haram terrorists reaffirm that their actions are fully rooted in the teachings of Prophet Mohammed on jihad, urging people to convert to Islam now or they will never stop facing attacks. These are the animals the Nigerian got calls “brothers”.

In the movie Conclave, this man, Goffredo Tedesco, is presented as a villain for wanting the Church to fight the Islamification of Europe & the politicization of the Vatican. No skeletons in his closet. No political agenda. Just wants the Church to defend her people and for the cardinals to reject political agendas. Really makes you think.

Why do you think so many Muslim majority nations strictly limit or ban open Christian practice and missionary work? It is not just “cultural differences”. Deep down, it is fear. Fear that if people truly heard the other side, a message of love instead of endless calls to violence, forgiveness instead of blasphemy punishments, salvation by grace instead of reward based promises, many would start asking hard questions. Imagine it. In a society where sermons constantly push ideas like fighting in the name of religion, harsh punishments, and rigid control… Then someone comes and simply says: Jesus taught: Love your enemies. Turn the other cheek. Forgive again and again. Come to me if you are weary, and you will find rest. No force. No threat. Just a call to love, peace, and a direct relationship with God. What happens to a heart that has only known fear when it hears that? The Gospel speaks about life, hope, and freedom. And that is exactly why some systems try to shut it out. Because once people are allowed to hear both sides clearly, control becomes harder to maintain.

@OurFavOnlineDoc Peter Obi is clearly not the kind of person who should hold public office. He appears too desperate and not entirely trustworthy. Being a banker or economist doesn’t automatically make someone fit to lead politically governance requires more than financial expertise.

It took @inecnigeria months before they delisted Abure’s name from their site, even after Supreme Court had given the order. It’s barely 6 hours and they’ve removed David Mark’s name from their website. INEC is our number one enemy and we must treat them as such.

Bashir, Before this so-called young foreigner came to our shores, Christians had been targeted and killed for more than one decade. He was not in Jos in 2018 when I served, and over 200 persons were killed somewhere around Barkin Ladi by fulani islamists. My fellowship back then, NCCF, sent buses there to rescue corpers. I remember it vividly. You should also remember you were the (what was that useless position again?) to the then most useless president in Nigeria, Buhari (the incompetent). See, my problem with people like you, especially Muslims from the North, is how you all try to downplay the gravity of what is happening. You all will do anything to change the narrative and smokescreen the masses. The question is, why??? Are you a hidden member of the Islamic sect that kills these innocents? Do you in any way support them from the backside, maybe financially or otherwise? Why do y’all try to change narratives??
Bashir Ahmad, OON@BashirAhmaad

This is a strong call on the relevant authorities to urgently look into the activities of this young foreigner, Alex Barbir, who has been moving around openly, spreading hate and attempting to incite violence against Nigerians of diverse backgrounds. The authorities should take swift and lawful steps to investigate, apprehend, where necessary and ensure accountability to safeguard peace, unity and public order.

When something tragic happens to Muslims, Muslim stakeholders don’t wait for the government. They take action. Their governors, clerics, scholars, activists, and influencers swing into motion. Heck, didn’t about 33 Muslim SANs provide legal defense for the killers of Deborah? But it is not so with us Christians in the Nigerian church. Muslim authorities take the protection of Muslims as their responsibility. Even though they are the terrorists, killers, and aggressors, their leaders and institutions still mount a defense for them. But this is not the case for the Nigerian church, who are being innocently killed by Muslims. It doesn’t matter how many people Muslim terrorists kill in Jos, Kwara, Kano, or Borno. It doesn’t matter how many priests or friars are kidnapped. It doesn’t matter how many pastors are burned in their cars, or how many Christians are killed in their homes. It doesn’t matter. Hardly any prominent pastor makes a strong, demanding statement to the government. We rarely see a coalition of influential ministers making firm, decisive statements or petitioning the government. It seems that no matter the tragedy, our conferences still go on. Our music concerts are still held as scheduled. We still shut down stadiums. We still gather and gleefully upload arrival reels in our exotic cars on social media. We are dying, and yet we are at ease. The Bible places a woe on that: “Woe to those who are at ease in Zion, and to those who feel secure on the mountain of Samaria…” — Amos 6:1 The reason we behave this way in the South is because we think what is happening in the North will not reach us. Judah thought so too. They believed the calamity that befell Northern Israel at the hands of the Assyrians would not happen to them in the South. But it did. And remember, we are meant to stand for one another. Mordecai told Esther that she had been placed in power so she could use her position to save her people: “For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place… And who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” — Esther 4:14 So what is the essence of the money, access, power, reach, and influence we constantly boast about, if we cannot use them to help save our own people?

everyone in the compound laughed when my uncle said not to burn aidan fruit at night unless you knew what you were doing… until one december evening, a neighbor decided to try it for vibes. the smoke filled his room, thick and sweet but something about it felt heavy. he came out later quieter than usual, said he couldn’t explain it… just that the air didn’t feel like his anymore, like he had invited something he didn’t understand after that night, nobody joked about it again not because something dramatic happened, but because of what didn’t… ever since then, he stopped sleeping well, kept his lights on till morning and never burned it again. it’s not about spirits or fear, it’s about how certain things carry weight… and once you feel it, you don’t need anyone to warn you twice.

I have taken time to reflect before speaking on the ongoing conversations linking my name to the Ochanya matter. I strongly condemn all forms of sexual abuse and gender-based violence. No individual, especially a child, should ever be subjected to such harm, and I stand firmly for accountability, truth, and justice in all such cases. I have seen many things being said about me online, some of which are not accurate or do not fully reflect what actually happened at the time. I understand the emotions surrounding this matter, but I also believe it is important that narratives are not built on assumptions or incomplete information. For clarity, in 2013, I was a student in boarding school in SS2 and had only just gone on vacation after my mock examinations. At the time, I was about 12 years old and was not present at the location where these events are being alleged to have occurred. This has been established in the course of legal processes. I did not witness any act of abuse as has been suggested in some narratives, and this position has also been reflected in the legal proceedings connected to this matter. At the time of these events, I was not in a position of authority or control over the situation. Where I had concerns, I did not ignore them, but the way events unfolded afterward was not within my control. All relevant information and documentation supporting my position exist within the appropriate legal channels and can be made available where properly required by lawful authorities. I recognise that people are asking questions, and I understand why. However, I respectfully ask that conclusions are not drawn without a full and fair understanding of the facts. This experience has taken a significant toll on my mental and overall well-being, and I have had to seek medical and professional support during this period. I remain firm in my truth. I would never witness anything of this nature and remain silent. I understand deeply the importance of speaking up for what is right. This is a sensitive matter that has already gone through legal processes, and I will not be making statements that could misrepresent that process or reopen wounds for those directly affected. I ask for fairness, restraint, and compassion in how this conversation continues. Thank you.
