As a microbiologist I find it important to have a positive contribution to mankind. Dartbac develops alternative technologies to curb #AMR. we raise awareness for this fastest growing lethal illness. Especially during #waaw24 I speak out to prepare for the post-antibiotic era.

WOW, it is #WAAW24 #AMR is a growing health issue that effects everyone. Today a quote of Sanne van Hoogstraten of @MaastrichtUMC. Sanne studies the behaviour of #bacteria, hiding in a #biofilm. This is an important reason for failure of implants in #orthopedic surgery.
