@RoxySouthsydd These projects where initiated by the state governors to connect the federal rail lines. The Federal government is part of it because of the peculiarity of the project and project funding models. Let the SS governors think big

CONTROVERSIAL TEXTBOOK: PARENTS OF NURSERY SCHOOL PUPIL PETITIONS LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT, NERDC We wish to confirm in the public interest, and for the sake of transparency, that we have formally petitioned the @followlasg through the Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, against the use of the controversial textbook titled: ENGLISH LANGUAGE FOUNDATION FOR NURSEY SCHOOLS, authored by one Mr. Ayengbe Ebhohimen JB, We have equally petitioned the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council. The petitions are at the instance of Mrs. Mary Queen Udoka who was targeted by the police and her husband. They bought the book from a school in Ojo, Lagos for their 5-year-old Nursery 2 son. In the petitions, we are demanding that the government should immediately probe the suitability of the book and take necessary regulatory and disciplinary measures to safeguard Nigerian children. We are pleased that the Lagos State Government has swiftly responded by making a preliminary statement to the effect that the controversial textbook was not approved for use by schools in Lagos. In our petitions, we disclosed the name of the particular school where the book was sold to our clients. We have also informed the government that following public outrage, the said school has withdrawn the book from its shelves and taken steps to conceal its complicity. We have provided the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and the NERDC with copies of the controversial book to aid the investigations. Our clients are going to cooperate fully with the investigations. People must be held accountable. Thank you.

CONTROVERSIAL NURSERY SCHOOL BOOK: WE WILL REPORT AT ZONE 2 POLICE COMMAND TODAY Following the invitation and harassment of our Client, Mrs. Udoka, Mary Queen, by the Zone 2 Police Command, Onikan, Lagos, it pertinent to disclose that we will be going to the police command today, Thursday, 30th April, 2026. We will be reporting with our Client as law abiding citizens and out of respect for the institution of the @PoliceNG, not because we believe that Mary Queen committed any crime or that there’s a basis for the involvement of the police in this matter. However, we want to be clear that Ayengbe Ebhohimen JB, the author of the textbook, who has instigated the police against our client, will have to justify his actions. We are hoping that the officers at Zone 2 Police Command will be able to explain to us what their business is with this matter. It is also hoped that they will respect the fundamental rights of our Client and keep the interaction professional. Thank you.

Their teachers will be going alongside them too. The cost of this trip for all of them including registrations, flights, tours, hotels etc will be £32,200. What should we do?

Dangote just signed a $1 billion deal with a Chinese firm called Sinoma to build 12 new cement plants across Africa. Twelve. Northern Nigeria. Ethiopia. Tanzania. Zambia. Zimbabwe. Sierra Leone. Cameroon. And expansions in Itori, Apapa, Lekki, PH and Onne on top of that. 80 million tonnes of cement per year by 2030. That’s the target. But the number that should really wake you up is this one. Dangote Group is chasing $100 billion in revenue by 2030. Not naira. Dollars. While everybody is waiting for foreign investors to come and save Africa, one man from Kano is building the infrastructure backbone of this continent himself. Refinery. Cement. Gas. Fertilizer. These are not sexy industries. Nobody is making reels about cement. But every single road, bridge and housing estate on this continent needs it. And Dangote is positioning to supply almost all of it. This is probably the biggest business story in Africa this year and I promise you most people will scroll past it because nobody is dancing and there’s no drama. Don’t be most people.

@babyboyjiggy @sepril23NG Are you aware that Disu joined the police before Mba? He joined as an ASP in 1992, while Mba joined as Inspector in 1994& became an ASP in 1999. If it weren't for favouritism, why is Mba, who became an ASP in 1999 a DIG while Disu who joined with the same rank in 1992 is an AIG?

@imran_services The idea is not to fence at all, secure with 3-4 courses of block work, then face your building. You can still fence your land and someone else sells it. This post is more about cost management

The blocks you will use to fence your land (a 1000 sqm land) is enough to build and finish a standard 3 bedroom flat! If you don’t have hope of plenty money, don’t start with fencing! I’ve seen people that built and completed their fence work and didn’t have money to build the main house again! Start with building the house if your pocket is not large ✍️ If you finish building the house and you don’t have money immediately to fence it, at least you will live there and fence slowly! I go lie for you? 😂😂😂😂??😂💁

@imran_services This is why some clients call outrageous total cost of building and you'll think it lies, different workmen waste, steal/sell site materials and build their own homes from clients budget. One must be vigilant enough to follow them

From my inbox: Tiles someone priced for ₦48,000 per carton — I went straight to the building materials market and got it from a direct importer for ₦22,500. Always verify prices. Knowledge saves money

I have observed that my message about a curse affecting the chances of the Igbos for their presidential ambition has been grossly misunderstood and misinterpreted. In some quarters, it’s been perceived as my hatred for the tribe and my support for the current administration. It’s important for me to clarify that there has never been a time when my messages or prophecies expressed my hatred for any tribe for whatever reason. I love everyone regardless of their tribe, and this is why my church has a mixture of several tribes and ethnic groups, because we don’t segregate; we treat everyone respectfully, regardless of what they represent. My statement about the Igbo curse is more of a solution towards getting the presidency than what it’s been perceived to be. I issue warnings to people most of the time, and these warnings, if well followed, will definitely provide solutions to whatever problems it was issued for. I am not against Igbo presidency, and this is why I shared the secret of cleansing the tribe of the curse that has been blocking their progress regarding presidency. What should come after that are questions on how to take off the curse in preparation for the 2027 presidential election, but the wrong steps are being taken. God has sent me to deliver his message; he has also provided a solution for them to get a chance at the presidency; it’s left for them to either follow or reject it.

@winexviv To those saying they design what clients want i really can't get. A client will usually give you a brief and ask you to come up with something good. Apparently that's where creativity comes to play. It's lack of exposure, some of the lecturers have not stepped out of the country

I honestly don’t understand what Nigerian architects are taught in school. Every new building looks like a copy of the last one. No originality, no innovation, just glass, cement, and noise. We have 200+ architecture schools in this country but can’t point to 10 world-class, sustainable, or culturally inspired buildings. I have visited different countries and can see how beautiful architecture transform cities. What exactly are our architects learning?

I understand that Nigeria is among the 12 countries designated as one of particular Concern. The designation of Nigeria is founded on outright falsehoods and wholesale misinformation.Terrorists and bandits in Nigeria kill and kidnap their victims irrespective of their religious beliefs. The records are self evident in the last 15 years.Looking at the Muslim/Christian ratio in Nigeria,it’s technically impossible for one faith to persecute another.Nigeria is a Lion and Tiger situation and not a Lion and a Zebra configuration.Trump was misinformed by anarchists and lackeys and apprentices of neocolonialism who aimed to benefit from their seeds of division, divisiveness and discontent. This particular weapon raised against this country shall never prosper.Nigeria, like all nations battling terrorism, needs support and assistance to tackle its security challenges.

People called you out for years for collecting money and not delivering, for owing salaries, for maltreating workers, you ignore and act with arrogant aloofness. No remorse. Then you suddenly start crying on video after EFCC declares you wanted. Sujimoto is a clown and deserves whatever dragging he's getting.
