@clerpatriot You should be ashamed to wear a T-shirt like that when you have children.
You shouldn’t wish ANYONE dead no how much you dislike them!!!!

@Roden_Coach @Monica55dzrh The chef gets a higher salary than the waiters hourly rate is
English

@Monica55dzrh What I find ironic is the waiter gets more money walking the food to the table through tips then the cook who slaves behind a 400 degree grill 8+ hours a day.

We went to a dinner as a group and had a $500 bill. We tipped $40. We were happy we can be able to give our server something, but her reaction was the opposite. She told us she assumed we're going to give her at least $120. When we asked for the manager, she said she was just joking, but she wasn't smiling at all. Idk, but is $40 tip enough for $500 bill? I just feel like expecting $120 is not realistic..... 🤔🤔

Well 10% is 54.50 and the way she will probably be taxed would be over all 10% of all sales participated. I know that your bill reflects that you gave less than 10% so she should be taxed accordingly but what about those that pay cash? Or those who pay with card for meal but pay cash tips? So in a way you are shorting her the standard acceptable gratuity of 10%. I’m curious if she or he had given above and beyond service how much would you have left? If her service was good or on par for really good and they received less than 10% what level of service is the next customer going to get if the attitude is why work harder for less?
English

@Monica55dzrh That’s not even 10%… you should have given 10-15% especially since you were in a group! That’s a lot of work for one person!
