For years, we sprayed Roundup around our house to reduce the risk of wildfire. It turns out, we were increasing our risk of cancer. It’s active ingredient, glyphosphate, has been linked to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, for which my wife is now being treated. theguardian.com/us-news/2022/j…

I’ve measured and written about potentially avoidable hospitalizations and ER visits. Now in the care of a family member, I see how it can be helpful to use the ER and be admitted because everything gets taken care of at once versus waiting for weeks to get tests done.
