Got my first pick of the day for March Madness🏀 Kentucky -2.5 (-120) It very much seems like the WCC is not a strong conference so I’m taking Kentucky in this one. Santa Clara has struggled to defend the rim all year and allow opponents to take almost 40% of their shots at the rim, far above the D1 average. This is going to be a problem against Kentucky, who is an elite rim attacking team, and make 70% of their shots at the bucket. Kentucky also has a sizeable rebounding advantage as SCU ranks in the 16th percentile in defensive rebounding, so I’m expecting the wildcats to attack the paint and get plenty of second chance points
