The way the government would procure them they'd probably cost at least double. And 20m panels is a lot of panel to purchase and role put logistics wise. By time you've deployed you'd already have some needed replacing and that'd be an ongoing thing. The cost of this would be a lot compared to just building s nuclear power plant, and they produce all year...
