Plymouth Police Officer Samantha Pelrine has been charged with 2 counts of aggravated grape of a child with force. There are specific dates listed - 10/1/2019 and 11/20/2019. This backs up the tip I received from a source that there are time stamped videos of the assaults on the victim (who was 14 on those dates). She also has a charge of statutory rape from an alleged incident on 12/1/2019. No chance she skates. She's fucked.
