@tfalex1892 Were just poor, create nothing, easy to play against, cant pass, slow and predictable. For me after 3 weeks off youd expect a different performance, then again after another week but its all the same. I could set a team up to play against us at this point.

We look like the worst team in the league at the minute. Comfortably. Minimal pressure on opposition goal keepers game after game. There should not be no consequences for that.

@NufcMiddlesex If you compare last seasons Villa, when they were in CL (QF knockout 5-4agg to eventual winners) 6th in league level on points with the CL 5th position, qualified for Europa League. Vs us this season (r16 knockout 8-3agg to a team knocked out in QF) 14th in the league.

@mannion99 From takeover to the end of 1st full season thats when we were best. 2nd full season looks much like this 1 barring a stronger end due to an earlier cl knockout. 3rd season we hit a massive purple patch between november + april and we still nearly missed out on CL.

So if Howe has one bad season in 5 .. do the 4 where we have had a good season not prove that this one is the exception to the rule? And as bad as this PL season has been we still made a LC semi final, progressed to KO stages of CL and had a decent run in FAC. #nufc

@Pooliemags1Ttv Problem (other than attracting them and paying their wages) is alonso and inzaghi play a 3/5 at the back and i dont think it suits the PL all too much... weve only got 3cbs 1lb 1rb, 4 wingers, no holding or attacking mids. Were not set up to play that way at all.

@CharIieBennett Hes not a good winger, when was the last time (against any pl quality team) has he had the full back on toast all game? He has a few spells in games but on the whole does nothing, hopefully takes howe with him for bending over backwards to accomodate the fraud

Anthony Gordon is 25 and has only had one good season in his career. Never has there been a Newcastle player who believes his own hype more than him. A good winger, not a great one. #NUFC

I can’t believe what I’m reading right now on here, but it is social media so I guess it’s expected. Our greatest ever manager hounded out by fans. The man won us our first domestic trophy in 70 YEARS! That’s a whole old person! He deserves a chance to put things right.

I'm not that moved by Iraola personally. Good coach with high stock, untested in 2~3 game p/w football. Might be an upgrade, but how much? If we're going to replace Howe it needs to be with real pedigree and past performance in Europe imo.

@toon_collector How many players did he lose in the last 2 windows and is still sitting pretty above us, playing better football on a fraction of the budget. Howe get the keys to the kingdom and is scared to unlock the door. Hes got to a point where hes trying to be too safe and its killing us
