This should never be normal. Mothers are being forced to give their babies water - not breast milk, not formula, just water, because there is nothing else. HELP: chuffed.org/project/113222… No resources. No options. Diapers are replaced with strips of cloth. Babies are left with painful skin rashes. Hunger becomes constant. Malnutrition becomes standard. This is no longer the exception. This is the reality. Here, Shadia, a mother doing everything she can. Her baby, Rabab, is just 7 months old without any support, her family cannot provide for her. The Sameer Project answered this family’s appeal by supplying 2 packs of diapers, 2 cans of milk, 1 pack of women’s hygiene products, all for 92.685 NIS after 11% commission. Support our Shelter, Goods, and Activities Campaign to help these families in need. Other ways to donate include: paypal.me/mahertali (Paypal option, please make sure to add a message saying "Goods") account.venmo.com/u/Maher-Ali (Venmo option, please make sure to add a message saying "Goods")

The US/Israeli regime attacked a livestock farm near the northwestern Iranian city of Tabriz, rescue teams working to save animals trapped under the rubble. They have attacked many livestock farms in Iran. Destroying livestock is a way to create food shortages and famine, forcing civilian populations to flee or surrender due to lack of sustenance — Weaponizing hunger and starvation.

Trump and Israel are bombing civilian bridges in Iran. Not military targets. Bridges that let people escape. Roads that let ambulances reach the wounded. Food, medicine, water: all blocked. We saw it in Gaza, then Lebanon, and now Iran. This is systematic assault on civilians

Speaker #4 Ahmed Al-Masri @ahmedmasri2002 Ahmed Al-Masri, a 24-year-old man from Gaza, lives with his family of 15 members, including his elderly parents, after their home and neighborhood were destroyed by the Zionist entity, forcing them to endure more than 10 displacements amid the ongoing genocide. His mother, who has suffered a stroke and undergone two heart surgeries, requires ongoing medication costing over $250 per month to manage her serious heart condition and high blood pressure, expenses the family cannot afford without external support. His elderly father, limited by advanced age, is unable to handle basic daily tasks. The entire family depends entirely on donations for survival, facing severe shortages of food, clean water, medicine, and other essentials. Ahmed has launched a donation campaign to raise funds primarily for evacuating his parents to a safer location where they can access proper medical treatment, while continuing to care for them and the rest of the family with determination despite the extreme hardships. chuffed.org/project/please…

JUST IN 🇮🇷🇺🇸: Israel and the U.S. double tap attacked the B1 bridge in Karaj as rescue teams help casualties This bridge had also been targeted an hour earlier, resulting in the death of 2 citizens. The new attack occurred while rescue forces were assisting the victims of the first attack. This is a pattern we are seeing. It results in maximum casualties and renders rescue teams inoperable.

JUST IN 🇺🇸🇮🇷: U.S. and Israeli Airstrikes Destroy the Tallest Bridge in the Middle East A key highway bridge linking Tehran to Karaj was struck in today’s attacks, damaging a critical transport route and injuring multiple people. The B1 Bridge, located on the Karaj Northern Bypass, is considered the tallest bridge in the Middle East and a major connector to northern regions. The full extent of the damage remains unclear as strikes continue across the Tehran area.

Israel/US have bombed the B1 Bridge in Karaj, a monumental project that connected Tehran with northern regions of the country, including the Caspian Sea. A major transportation artery. We are witnessing war crimes in real time. Again and again and again.

Heartbreaking, cruel, despicable, and utterly outrageous: the American-Israeli aggressors have attacked the Pasteur Institute of Iran — the oldest and most prestigious research and public health center in Iran and the entire Middle East, founded in 1920 through an agreement between the Pasteur Institute of Paris and the Iranian government. This is not merely another war crime committed as part of an illegal war; it is a barbaric assault on basic human core values.

Translating Falasteen (Palestine)
‼️"They forced hallucinogenic pills on us dirty water, electrocution, brass knuckles. And if you said you were sick, they made it worse." Testimonies from Palestinians abducted by the Israeli occupation army from Gaza in December 2023 detail a systematic campaign of torture that has never stopped. A 62-year-old man describes being beaten so severely on his chest that he now suffers permanent respiratory problems. Detainees were stripped naked, blindfolded, and transported to Negev prison while being continuously punched. On the buses they were electrocuted. They were forced to take hallucinogenic pills, given dirty water, made to walk on glass, held underwater, burned with cigarettes, hit with brass knuckles and batons. Asking to use the bathroom was forbidden, and men urinated on themselves from the beatings. One man's brother had his intestines severed during the abuse — and every time he told his captors he was sick, they intensified the electrocution. These testimonies are from December 2023. Over two years later, with the Israeli Knesset having just passed the "Prisoners Execution Law" on March 30, 2026, the conditions for the approximately 10,000 Palestinians still held in Israeli occupation jails are, by all accounts from released hostages, the same if not worse. The torture did not stop. It was never meant to. Source: @aljazeera

The US may seize parts of the coast for a time Maybe even Kharg But this won’t lead to a deal Iran would rather destroy its own infrastructure and suffer economic decline to retain their sovereignty than make a deal on US or Israeli terms Needless to say the process would close the strait, destroy the gulf, and lead to hundreds if not thousands of American body bags Iran has planned for this possibility from the very beginning and are prepared to see it through to the end From my travels through Iran I witnessed a brave and committed people All they speak about is seeking martyrdom and homeland They don’t run from it They seek it and call it their greatest honor I met a young follower of mine who told me, “if the US invades, I will give my life for my country.” No fear. No doubt. No hesitation. Tough to beat that
