@DCKC87 I never understood trypophobia until I saw the wee pink ones with the dots inside and it made me uncomfortable. Do you know what they are? I've seen them around a bit. (Sorry, I'm no good with plant names)

@DCKC87 I have a neurological disorder with my muscles in my neck so I’m hoping it will help with that. I’d be one happy bunny

Did 3 rounds of 10 mins in the sauna, with a 3 minute ice plunge after each one, then finished with 15 mins in the jacuzzi before heading to the beach. Perks of living on the coast. 💚🇮🇪 Good ole Waterford 💚
