@CarolineBignell @FreddySky Must try the butter ! I have frozen yes , but keeps in the fridge for a few weeks, just put some oil on top.

@CarolineBignell @FreddySky I use about 200g of wild garlic , about a 100g of pine nuts or sunflower seeds, about 150g of Padona, then some good olive oil and season. Simple.

@DCKC87 Whizz up some washed & pat dried ramson leaves in a food processor then add a block of slightly softened salted butter. I never measure the ramson/butter ratio - the more ramson the better to my mind. Scoop out onto clingfilm, roll up & secure the ends. Pop in the freezer.
