.@NWS_BaltWash has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the District of Columbia until 8:45PM.
At 5:44 PM, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain will move across DC area. Expected rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches in 20 minutes are anticipated.
