NEW: Los Angeles man streaks across traffic before getting smacked by a car in an apparent mental health episode. The man reportedly jumped over the fence of his family's home before flipping over the hood of a car. After getting up, the man ran down the street where he was later seen on the ground. It is unclear at the moment if he got struck by another car. (ABC7) Police quickly apprehended the man. He was then taken to the hospital where he is in stable condition. The man's family had called the police before the incident because the man was apparently suffering from a mental health crisis.

Nonprofits are receiving billions in the wake of the Biden border crisis. We just passed HR 8334, which will withhold federal funds from NGOs caught helping illegal aliens break our immigration laws. It will also open NGOs up to civil suits for their actions. Every Democrat on our committee voted against the bill.
