@chocoyanyan_ @boreamayo The staff assured her that her luggage will be automatically transferred to another plane and she can just pick it up in Manila when the plane lands but now we’re not sure how accurate this info is! I called and DM PAL but they couldn’t give me answers about the luggage.

@boreamayo Hi Jon, were you able to obtain your luggage? My family and I still haven’t received any updates about ours.

200 passengers can't get their luggage for 6 days. Airline has told passengers that they will need to get luggage from downstairs and then recheck in. @flyPAL doing a terrible job. @JFKairport needs to assist. @cnnphilippines @nytimes

@chocoyanyan_ @boreamayo My mom was also in that flight but since she had to be in PH by the 28th she had no choice but to fly with another airline and left jfk on the 26th, leaving her 4 luggages since they refused to release them. If they re check in the luggages again what about my mom’s luggage….
