A shockingly poor response by this gov.
They were warned all summer that this was going to be a tough winter - they were advised to develop a vaccination(prevention) plan. They didn't.
They've been warned for years about bed shortages. Nothing being done.

The town of Jasper’s Mayor was constantly begging for help from The UCP government, and he was told , he was exaggerating and didn’t know what he was talking about. The result, one of the most failed provincial government acts in Canadian History. They completely failed Jasper.
