Who do you want to see as keynote at DeSci Denver 2024?

I hear you, I hear you — “NFTs are dead.” But I still believe that NFT technology, introduced to most people by NFT art, will be the most disruptive AND needed technology of the AI-age, because without it, ID verifiability, secure participation in commerce, and authentication within augmented-reality community will be impossible. NFTs selling for multi-millions of dollars might be dead. NFT technology is only now coming alive to both its possibilities and necessities.

I have never been more bullish about web3/crypto tech over the last 10 years than I am right now. For the first time, I can clearly see the sequence of things needed to unlock mass adoption. The next cycle might take another 18-24 months, but it’s going to be big. It also looks different than I thought when I first entered the space in 2014. That’s taken some time for me to embrace, but it’s clearly where everything is pointing. There’s still a lot I don’t know, but there are a few things I do, and that is this: web3 is going to change everything at a much larger scale than I imagined. It’ll evolve products, platforms, businesses, and brands into the next big thing that will last for decades. And it’s being built right now.
