I was just setting up a new email. I was having @grok help me out for sh!ts and giggles. She told me the shortest email name can use 6 characters. I made one up and she told me it was 8 characters. I told her it was six and she said, “my bad”.

This woman completely lost it when her Ring camera notified her that a "black bear was walking on the gravel area"… only to realize the “bear” was actually her walking to her car.
She went straight into “count your days” mode over the AI description 😭
Ring rolled out these AI-powered video descriptions back in June 2025 for Premium subscribers to give quick text summaries of activity.
It’s equal parts funny and a little alarming how off the description was. While the goal is to make notifications more helpful, moments like this show that AI still has some growing pains — and sometimes you just have to laugh at the chaos it creates.

Over TWO-HUNDRED police officers in RIOT SHIELDS had to lock down an ENTIRE NEW JERSEY BEACH TOWN...
...because HUNDREDS of out-of-town "teens" began BEATING EACH OTHER IN THE STREETS, JUMPING ON CARS AND STEALING THEM!!!
The city had to declare an emergency 8 PM CURFEW at Pier Village after MULTIPLE teens were arrested for assault.
The media are now calling these "pop-up parties"

I have a CDL. I drive a trailer. There is nothing more annoying than trying to make that left and this putz is sitting past the white stripe. Everyone, slow your roll. What’s the hurry. When you hurry and sit past the stripe or tailgate or blow a red light. You save a minute tops.

This man finds it extremely aggravating when you are in a left hand turn lane and the car in front stops at the white line.
He says you pull into the middle of the intersection and take control of the intersection and wait there. If oncoming traffic doesn’t let up, you turn as the light is about to turn red and oncoming traffic stops.
Many said that defensive driving classes tell you to stay behind the white line until you can make a turn and have a safe exit and this causes accidents.
He says that any CDL class will tell you to take control of the intersection and pull up to the middle of it, that way everyone isn’t waiting three rotations to get through the light.
What do you do? How do you drive? Do you stay behind the white line or do you pull into the intersection?

I saw Tom Hanks at Best Buy! He was in line right in front of me with a full cart, all by himself. I was just picking up a bottle of water since they didn’t have what I needed. Out of nowhere, I blurted out, “Forest Gump is my favorite movie,” and probably sounded a little weird. He turned around and said, “That was my favorite movie to make! I’m glad you love it.” We ended up chatting about movies while we waited in line.
When it was his turn to check out, he said, “Oh, let me get that water for you,” and paid for it. He kept the conversation going, and as we walked out, he said, “Nice talking to you! You’re a very nice young lady, and always remember... life is like a box of chocolates... you never know what you’re gonna get,” in his Forest Gump voice. It was the best experience ever!
