Joe Douglas was never going to give Reddick a long-term deal before he saw him play the season. So Douglas prevailed on that aspect; Reddick will get an adjusted contract for 2024 (which probably includes a raise/incentives that will offset the fines). On other hand, Douglas said he wouldn't negotiate until Reddick showed up. So much for that. #Jets
