This is embarrassing, Delete it, President ⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩ - unless you want everyone to think you’ve lost your marbles.

@nut_history So, if this were in foul territory, instead of an out, you'd call it a foul ball, and the at-bat would continue?

Alright, I’ll open the can of worms. If you land on the other side of the wall with the ball in your glove, it should be a homer.

Build our own? We already build half of yours. F-35 components. Javelin parts. Patriot radar subassemblies. HIMARS ammunition. Abrams spare parts. Lockheed Martin is on its knees begging European factories to keep its own production lines moving. Strip out the European components and the most advanced military on earth grinds to a halt. Europe is Ferrari. Europe is Mercedes. Precision. Engineering. Built to last a generation. America is Chevrolet. Loud. Big. Breaks down the moment it crosses the warranty line.

@RebusCornpone @anthonyzenkus @LinkofSunshine Another useful chart would be to show the trading price of stock in those health insurance companies. I recall looking it up once and their share values tripled after passage of the ACA

@SenJohnCurtis We have a $1 trillion Defense Dept budget, and we're getting our ass kicked by a country spending a tiny fraction of that on its military. The fiction that we need to saddle our kids with insurmountable debt in order to be "safe" is clearly now the biggest scam in U.S. history.

I stand by the President’s actions taken in defense of our national security interests in the Middle East. But we must be clear-eyed about history and the Constitution. While I support maintaining our readiness and replenishing stockpiles, I cannot support funding for further military operations without a formal declaration of war from Congress. deseret.com/opinion/2026/0…

@SimonMahan No, natural gas prices are still historically low. For now.

Everyone’s blaming data centers for rising power bills. Problem: most aren’t even built yet (aren't added to rates yet). Meanwhile, natural gas costs mostly get passed straight through, instantly. That’s the real reason your bill is up.

I read once that register over-rings (when stuff rings up at higher price than what is posted on the shelf) account for 12 percent of grocery store revenue, on average. After shopping at @Publix and @Albertsons, I can believe that. Always check your receipts, folks.

@MLB You guys got rid of the Free Game of the Day?! Dumbass greedy losers. You're killing baseball by shrinking the fan base. Way to go.

@rallynate I'm sure it's not, but it's what you *should* have expected. Trump is so obviously stupid, a liar and a snake oil salesman, it's hard to imagine so many of you couldn't see that.

MAGA is falling apart because the Trump administration is purposefully lying to the American people about the war in Iran for Israeli interests. I'm saying this as a pardoned Jan 6er and 3 time Trump voter. This is NOT what any of us voted for.

The irony here is nothing kept Al from running. Zinke dropping out didn’t keep Al from doing anything. What’s he bitching about? #mtpol That he didn’t get to choose the candidate he’d run against? Hypocrisy much?
Jake Eaton@MTJakeEaton

Guy who has lost 4 primaries for 4 different offices is complaining because President Trump didn’t endorse him and instead endorsed @aaronflint perhaps this type of whiny self importance is why Republicans keep rejecting Dr. Al.

@yashar Allies should offer to help Trump, under the condition that Trump: 1) drops all tariffs; 2) refunds all previous tariff charges. 3) sign a no-tariff trade agreement. 😂

President Trump appears to have had his request for help in the Strait of Hormuz — and perhaps other requests he made — rejected by some of the United States’ strongest allies. “Most of NATO” Australia Japan South Korea

I honestly cannot explain this. Before the strikes on Iran, Republican voters were overwhelmingly opposed to U.S. involvement in a conflict between Israel and Iran. A survey by YouGov and The Economist found that only 23% of Republicans supported U.S. military involvement, while 53% opposed it. However, attitudes shifted almost immediately after Trump ordered U.S. airstrikes on Iran. A survey conducted after Trump’s bombing campaign showed support climbing to 85% among Republicans. For me, this rapid reversal illustrates one thing — Trump has transformed the Republican Party into a cult, where people follow not principles, but a man.

the entire Trump cabinet is unqualified for their positions with imo 2 exceptions. all amateurs with no clue, some like Bondi and Patel are simply corrupt. you have to wonder just what were the vetting parameters, looks like stupidity and blind loyalty to Trump. most narcissistic people will surround themselves with fools and morons rather than people who may be smarter or more talented than they are themselves.

There are two people I simply cannot watch, even when I need to hear their statements for the sake of analysis. Listening to them honestly feels like it lowers my IQ. One of them is Pete Hegseth. The man comes across as a complete idiot. I find him unbearable. He says, 'Who's in charge? Iran may not even know.' Well, who's in charge in the White House now that Bibi is MIA? Do you know Pete?

10 Countries. 0 Warships. Trump went hat in hand to the world. The world checked its phone and put it back in its pocket. France said no. Officially. In writing. Germany said nothing, which is German for no. Norway said no. The UK is “discussing options with allies,” which is British for no. Japan stayed silent while 70% of its Middle East oil supply sits behind a minefield. South Korea watched Washington and Tehran play chicken with its own energy supply and declined to pick a side. China called it a sovereign right and hung up. Qatar didn’t just refuse. Qatar stopped production entirely and declared force majeure. Their energy minister did not mince words: this will bring down economies of the world. Iran is still there. Still attacking ships. Still laying mines. Still holding the strait. The most powerful military on Earth sent out the call. Ten countries heard it. The result is a number that requires no commentary: zero. This is what the end of American power looks like in practice. A request for warships that came back empty. Washington spent decades telling the world that the US-led order was worth defending. The world has moved away from the US. Gandalv / @Microinteracti1
