@ItsJamesGrant @Eurostar James. It was an utter disgrace at GDN yesterday. We just made it on to the train, so we must have just been in front of you. To compound it all the train I estimated was only a labour half full. It was all the other passengers could talk about.

@Eurostar Arrived at gare du nord at 17:45 for our 19:12. Queued for over 4 hours, with almost no announcements about what’s going on, but eventually corralled into freezing pens according to our departure times. Finally arrived at the gate where we discover the train has left.

@BT_Openreach congratulations on an utterly shocking install at my elderly mother’s house. Straight across the bedroom windows so when you open the window the frame touches the cable. You can grab the cable from inside! Then around the outside of a down pipe under tension.
