
Honestly, the Whoop has been a game-changer in preventing me from overtraining. In the past, I would push myself relentlessly, only to eventually end up with an injury or burnout. Having used the Whoop for a year and a half now, I’ve adopted the “Strain” tracking system. Essentially, if my strain level is 15, I workout until I reach that threshold.
The more you wear it, the more it learns about you. For instance, you should complete your journal daily, which helps you keep track of your hydration, caffeine intake, and other essential things. Over time, it will assist you in calculating your fitness and overall health.
