Yesterday, I watched a Muslim get BLASTED and RIDICULED by his friends for simply just putting background music on his TikTok stories. Music is forbidden in Islam. This kinda reminds me of how policed I felt when I was Muslim. Islam is so restrictive and shame-heavy. 🫤 It claims to be from the same God of the Bible, but the God of the Bible LOVED music... in fact, musical instruments were part of temple worship in the Old Testament.
