Practice is the most misused word in any sport. Practice isn’t just showing up. It’s hard work, discomfort, challenges, failing, intensity. Practice is preparation; it’s training. There’re no secrets. The greatest players are in the gym the most & never try to fake it. They work!

Saturday, @Dyersburgdance (TSSAA Dance Championships), @DHSCheer1 (TSSAA Cheer Championships), and @DHSTrojanBand (Tennessee Division II State Marching Band Championship) will all be in action! Before they compete, you can watch all three groups on the same field Friday night!
