Long discussion tonight has me thinking about the silly idea that your brain has two stamps: one to remember positive things and one to remember negative things. Each of us have stamps with different depths and resolutions. It feels like for me, my positive stamp is really robust, deep, and impactful. In fact, it's probably over-stamping things as "happy". But when I need to recall a positive memory, it's very easy to "feel" it again. On the other hand, my negative stamp is faint, chipped, and barely makes an imprint. When I need to recall a negative memory, it takes deep thinking and uncertainty to "feel" it again.

@Aella_Girl Have someone test drive the inexperienced candidates first? If there's such an imbalance test drivers shouldn't be hard to find. Or let a few inexperienced folks through at each event and re-invite the ones that work out.
