Multiple Oklahoma TV stations pulled a deceptive AI-generated attack ad pushed by Gentner Drummond’s allies.
Oklahoma voters need to pay attention to where politics is heading. Fake AI-generated smear campaigns and manufactured deception have no place in our state.
Oklahoma deserves truth, serious leadership, and real solutions.

🚨Just in: Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt (@GovStitt) says he is seriously consider calling a special session to outlaw deceptive AI-generated political content in Oklahoma elections This comes after Gentner Drummond Super PAC released an AI attack ad against Mike Mazzei this week. The ad was pulled by several tv stations. Normally this would be the role of the AG to investigate but since Drummond is running for Governor and responsible for the AI ad he isn’t going to investigate himself. There are also ongoing serious questions about Drummond’s SuperPAC allegedly illegally coordinating with the Drummond’s campaign.

The questions are getting bigger by the day because deceptive AI-generated political ads and illegal coordination between campaigns and Super PACs are serious matters.
If a Super PAC tied to Gentner Drummond’s campaign operation used deceptive AI-generated political content, Oklahomans deserve a full investigation and the truth.

The last month, I've been all over Oklahoma. Not hiding behind consultants. Not waiting for polling data to tell me what to believe.
I've been listening.
From Guymon to McAlester. Tulsa to Claremore. Adair County to Oklahoma City. Meeting with teachers, ranchers, business owners, parents, pastors, doctors, veterans, farmers, and hardworking families who are tired of watching Oklahoma fall short of its potential.
People are frustrated with the direction of this state. But they're also hopeful. They want leadership that actually understands business, understands government waste, believes in conservative principles, and has the backbone to fix what career politicians won't touch.
That's why we're building this campaign county by county, conversation by conversation.

I'm seeing more and more accounts with no banner picture, no profile picture, less than a hundred followers, and no bio who are also verified.
Why would you spend the money to be verified and then put zero effort into your account?
I can only assume these are bots but are bots now paying to be verified? That sounds like it could get very expensive.
