@daves_joint @indeed Are you assuming the coach doesn’t know about it? A position needs to be filled regardless. Maybe the coach applied or their resume was already submitted. Most companies/businesses & schools have protocols about job postings has to be advertised. It’s called equal opportunity.

Just seen that this one Division I school in the NYC area has an @indeed application online for a head coaching position WHILE the season is still going on. Very sad. That’s the ultimate disrespect to the interim coach who’s doing his best to hold things down at this time. Give him the shot!
