I am a solo dev and I recently launched the Epoch 1 (closed beta) of my game, $DIM Network. It runs entirely inside Telegram as a Mini App. The core loop is simple: you are an Operator breaching Vaults. You drain their HP using Stamina, extract $DIM, and spend it on the Black Market to automate the process (buying passive income scripts and hardware overclocks).
