@DIRECTV, why doesn’t Wheel of Fortune on Dallas Cannelloni 11 record all the episodes in the quite even though the icon shows Record Series? Makes no difference if I do it through the guide, series manager, manually, or on the website.

@DIRECTVhelp I'm a new customer recently ordered DIRECTV streaming. Several days later I received a Gemini Box via FEDEX "I DID NOT ORDER" and refused the shipment. FEDEX confirmed the package was returned to you on 7/6/26. It is still showing up as an active piece of equipment.

I called DirecTV last month, to cancel their service. They kept me on hold for a long time, gave me the run around, and sent me a time sensitive link that is the “only way” to cancel their service. It made me really dislike their business.

@marygrace To frustrate you into not canceling. I canceled DirectTV. One phone call, they said the shit equipment I'd been saying $19/month for forever was old and recycled and they didn't want it back. The end. Ps: YouTube TV is cheap and it works.

I canceled my cable recently. It took TWO HOURS on the phone. That’s another story for another day. But I still have to drop off the equipment. So now I am at the Xfinity store. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting in line. There’s are two people in line ahead of me. I have to wait in the queue behind people who are here to buy a new phones, transfer service, troubleshoot their devices. That process can take hours. There is no process for people who are here simply to pick up or drop off equipment. This is DMV level incompetence. WHYYYYYY???

@KvnHunt DirecTV hasnt been $30/month since the mid 90's. Its like $150/month now for the BASIC package.

@redzoneinthelab @TheDentonDay I never cut the cord, always kept DIRECTV. All my friends are paying more than me and because I have DIRECTV they gave me ESPN plus for free and Peacock and Paramount+ my old man ways saved me lol

Cutting the cord was just a way to trick you into paying more for what you already had

@AGRobBonta @DIRECTV Dear AG, I urge your office to audit DIRECTV’s billing practices. My monthly charges increased without my approval. I continued to be charged after canceling my account, & I was billed for streaming equipment I never used. These practices deservinvestigation.

DIRECTV simply broadcasts the live feed exactly as it is delivered to us by Music Choice, so we do not have control over the specific songs or daily programming schedule for the Toddler Tunes channel. However, Music Choice continuously monitors user feedback and makes adjustments to their content offerings to provide consumers with the best entertainment. ^KennethA
