Tennessee man surrenders on charges in deadly head-on crash that killed father 61-year-old James Brewington Jr. of Nashville charged with Vehicular homicide by reckless conduct, reckless endangerment, and three counts of aggravated assault. Brewington allegedly swerved his pickup truck into oncoming traffic after going around a vehicle that was making a right turn. His truck struck a Jeep head-on, which carried Dustin McLeod, his wife Ashley, and their daughter.Dustin was killed, while his wife and daughter survived with serious injuries. Brewington is currently held in the Davidson County jail awaiting his court appearance
