Even the former CAF Disciplinary Committee chairman, respected arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and current chairman of the PSL Disciplinary Committee, Raymond Hack, has dismissed the decision as a joke in an interview with Robert Marawa, further exposing the extent to which this saga has undermined the credibility of African football governance.
