To have your order handed to you, drive off, notice no sauce. Park at the corner of the drive thru. Walk inside w/ the order & receipt, ask for a sauce, to have the cashier tell me it only comes w/ 1 sauce. Then say I need to tell her if I got from the drive thru & give my name?!

It’ll be a cold day in hell before I go to back to @raisingcanes HORRBLE customer service & pathetic it took them 5 minutes to refund my cash. Having to tell them my name when I have the receipt is beyond DUMB!
