Here’s my interpretation after sitting on it for 24 hours, @jimmyv3.. As Cena has been saying publicly, his body has been breaking down & he can’t take the in-ring abuse anymore. John has lived with the pressure of carrying WWE on his back for 2 decades, which is stressful. It was his final match after getting out of Gunther’s sleeper multiple times. After getting locked in it the final time, he was physically & mentally spent, he had nothing left to give. I think Cena came to the realization that he didn’t have to fight anymore. Didn’t have to carry the company anymore. Didn’t have to live up to his unrealistic expectations anymore. HE JUST LET GO. John found solace in finally being able to quit, hence the smirk. In his mind, he didn’t tap out, he clocked out & was walking away from the burden of being the face & flag bearer of WWE. John Cena finally let go & found it euphoric - His 23 year journey was finally finished. Again, this is merely my interpretation of it. It’s all subjective.

@Instagram @Meta Both my Instagram and Facebook accounts were wrongfully disabled on June 17 — most likely due to a false report or automated error. I filed an appeal immediately and haven’t received any response in over 3 weeks. Please help me get a real human to review this.
