@JetBlue I can’t believe it! I’m upset as can be. Row 24A,B,C. After stuck on the taxi way for 4 hours. Now No food left. Ran out at the seat JUST BEFORE US. Unbelievable JetBlue.

@JetBlue been on the plane for nearly 4 hours flight 669, ran low on fuel while stuck on the taxi runway. Need a DM on how you will make this right! We’re hungry and it got very hot in the cabin!

@JetBlue I also want to say that my first travel with JetBlue coming to JFK from SJC was horrible also. Delayed from 11pm to 2:30am. Not happy. Especially with two kids.
