**In the UK from 2016 to early 2026 (per compiled incidents from official records/Wikipedia terrorism lists):** Far-right/extreme right-wing terrorist attacks carried out: ~4 (e.g., Jo Cox murder 2016, Finsbury Park van attack 2017, others in 2019 & 2024). Result: 2 deaths total. Islamist terrorist attacks carried out: ~15 (e.g., Westminster 2017, Manchester Arena 2017, London Bridge 2017, Reading 2020, David Amess murder 2021, etc.). Result: dozens of deaths (over 40 from major 2017 incidents alone) + hundreds injured. Islamist attacks have been far more numerous and lethal in this period. Both threats are monitored by MI5/Counter Terrorism Policing, with Islamist remaining the larger volume threat historically.
