@HalesowenWMP @dudleymbc @DudleyMayor I live on this street and I've had my car bashed into over 5 times whilst parked up. So yes in an ideal world you shouldn't block the pavement but in a street so narrow you have no choice. The damage to my vehicles is about £5k so a £30 ticket isn't as bad.

Traffic was held on the #M6 southbound J10A - J10 near #Bloxwich due to a car fire. @WestMidsFire are at scene. The outside lane (of 4 lanes) has just re-opened. Delays of 30 minutes on the approach, with 3.5 miles of congestion + congestion on the #M54 eastbound.

The #M6 is closed in both directions between J10 #Walsall and J10a #M54 due to a collision. The #M54 is also closed eastbound between J1 and the #M6. long delays of around half an hour approaching the closures.
