Well that was the most amazing 18 months as the @alpinegardensoc trainee based at @TheBotanics I have travelled the UK and abroad. I have worked in some wonderful places, met and been mentored by some of the most greatest people.

We've been out collecting Melampyrum seeds from wild populations in Corrour, Arkaig and Aberfeldy. The seeds are large and lipid-rich, attracting wood ants to carry them off and spread them around 🐜🌱 #NatureRestorationFund #ScottishPlantRecovery @NatureScot @ScotGovNetZero
