When the architecture of your intellect cannot bear the weight of your ambitions - when your leaders lack both the grit to build a structure worthy of the challenge and the grassroots warmth that turns crowds into movements - what remains? Destruction. The weak man's revolution. The arsonist who calls himself a reformer.
Tinubu did not need to burn the house to inherit it. He built.
Asiwaju didn't need violence to defeat the then incumbent. Tell your mediocre leaders to fight like men of substance or fall like the paper structures we have always suspected them to be.
The arena of power is not a stage for tantrums. It is a test of organised will, disciplined sacrifice, and the kind of patient ferocity that does not flinch when the morning is long and the odds are unkind.

Consistency in principles is the spine of character - once it bends for convenience, the whole body of integrity collapses.
Yesterday, Malami was one of the architects of this Nation's doom. A paramount chieftain in the so called structure of criminality as her Messiah vehemently described them.
Today, by the Messiah's desperate hunger for relevance - or is it validation? - I assume, the same Malami has now be canonized among the company of saints. He is now christened one of the builders of the same Nation he was once accused to have destroyed.
Indeed, time exposes everything - especially those whose principles expire under pressure.

Anyone watching AGF Malami on Question Time on Channels? This country is doomed with these people in charge.

We talk more about mosquitoes than we do about the Lion - yet when it is time to hang a portrait in the living room, no man reaches for the mosquito. The nuisance earns the mention; the Lion earns the wall.
Your man offers some entertainment value. I grant him that much. Ask around, a performative mad man will attract more onlookers than some kings command in their palaces. The market always stops for spectacle but when the crowd disperses, it is still the king who sits on the throne.
Noise is not power. Crowd is not crown. And relevance borrowed from chaos is returned with interest.
I hope you understand?

APC is in power, Peter Obi is not, but guess who APC members talk about everyday? Not their government in power, but Peter Obi. It tells you all you need to know about not just their priorities but the person that can take them out of power.

RUFAI OSENI - CAN YOU IMAGINE?
Oseni, can you imagine a medical doctor - sworn to the sacred covenant of protecting life - who rushes to announce a patient's death before confirming whether breath still lingers? Before a single pulse is measured. Before the stethoscope confirms the heart no longer beats. What do you call such a doctor? A quack.
Can you imagine a judge - robed in the full weight of justice - who delivers a capital verdict before a single argument is heard? Before one shred of evidence is tendered? What do you call such a judge? An embarrassment to the bench.
Now RUFAI OSENI - can you imagine a journalist, schooled in the sacred discipline of verification; one trained, drilled, and examined in the slow, deliberate labour of separating truth from rumour, fact from feeling, substance from emotion...
Can you imagine such fellow becoming the very fountain from which misinformation flows? Recklessly. Hungrily. Gleefully - provided the poison targets the country or its leadership.
What would you call such a journalist, Rufai?
Me ehn, I will not rush to brand you with the labels others have already reached for. I will only say this: manage your envy for the President and your contempt for a country that refuses, despite your best efforts, to be talked into ruin.
These twin afflictions - envy and hatred - are not weapons. They are termites. They do not destroy their target; they hollow out their host.
You are being consumed. And the tragedy is that you may not yet feel it.
Take this as brotherly counsel - from a fellow son of Ogun State.
Good Afternoon Severally...
Or do you prefer I Begin?
