My hubby is ARF ( airport Fire rescue) and my brother is ATC (air traffic control). You can’t put blame on anybody other than the government on this one. Yes, the fire truck should have looked both ways, but the planes come in so fast and there’s so much light everywhere. The ATC should have not been the only one on duty. He was dealing with another emergency, ground operations, and planes coming in. It was too much for one person. Plus, the equipment they use is so old and needs to be upgraded!!!

What I don't understand: why didn't the fire truck stop? The Air Canada jet was VERY visible with its front landing gear lights on. Do they not look before they cross runways?! They just blindly follow instructions? #AirCanada

@IdExploring @EricSpracklen Exactly!! Human error from over worked ATC. My brother works as an ATC and complains about the needed upgrades that need to take place.

@EricSpracklen It was an accident compounded by decades of neglect of our Air Traffic control systems.

This young lady was leaving the parking garage when she realized she didn’t have her debit card on her but she did have a $5 bill so she thought she would be just fine. When she tried to pay, they only take card payments and didn’t have a slot to put cash either. She attempted to have another customer use their card to pay and she would give them the money but they left before she could do so. She then hit the help button and it rang to a customer service center in India, at first she had a hard time with the man’s accent but they got through.he ending up taking all of her info so they could send her a bill to pay and let her out. Places like this that only take cash should clearly have signs that indicate that, this one did not. I don’t think they should have even charged her due to their lack of signage, should she have been charged at all?

Gas near me (#StPetersburg) #Florida has gone up $1.15 in 13 days. Luckily I don’t drive a lot. I got gas on March 4th for $2.84 and today it is #3.99. Why do Americans put up with this BS? This is what we should be protesting in the streets about!!! #GeneralStrike #nomorewars #IranWar

He waited for Clear to open at 4:30 and got through in 10 min because he was 5th in line. Made it to the gate just in time for his 5:10 am flight. The line was super long once it opened. He got in line in clear at 3:15 am to wait for it to open. He said he would have missed his flight if he waited in the regular line. It was out the door of the airport.
