@DLGroupMedia I would suggest someone from Direct Line Insurance contacts me and explains why I have been trying for 3 days to raise a claim I called the Claims line this morning. The call was picked up and i was left listening to other calls before being cut off. #CustomerFail

@Beviathan Hi Beverly. It's never our intention to send you a price in which you're unhappy with. Our prices are reviewed each year to reflect changes in claims costs and current market conditions. We're sorry we were unable to offer a lower quote this year.

Had our lives messed around by @DLGroupMedia and @NatWestGroup with an ongoing insurance claim and resolution for the last 4 years. Even their own complaints handler has sided with us on the shoddy work, but the claims team will not pay for the work to be done.
