@DergonSimi First year I went to MP, I stayed at the hyatt place down the road. I'm a full suited, and walked down the street to the con. You have to be good at endurance suiting though, because you don't have the luxury of fully desuiting if you start feeling faint, unless you Uber back.

In my opinion, megaplex had a large shift since 2022 and it's stated to lose its identity as the rest of the locals have been pushed out of getting rooms. I watched it happen with FWA and sadly it looks like it's megaplex's turn.

I have not missed a Megaplex since I started going in 2015. We could not get a room this year and it's been a struggle the last 3 years to get one. I've basically lost all motivation to go from here on out. Us, as locals, have been pushed out of our own convention. 1/2

@DeerLoaf @Sylox95 True, but then again, some of us, not because of the cash issue, we're not able to get above sponsor (which is grouped in with general) because ultra and super sold out in sub 18 min, with a queue for it.

@Sylox95 Gonna be honest man, if you're putting $2k into this con you should be allowed to get any room you want.

This pay-to-play system where Ultra and Super Sponsors can buy up the entire Westin, Drury and most of thr Courtyard is incredibly unfair.

Age verification should be halted globally and permanently. Any laws that require it should be repealed. The responsibility should be on the parents to parent their kids and moderate what they are seeing. But irresponsible parents! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAND OVER OUR

@TheSofox @KaiborgStudios I did. They declined, stating too many had tried to profit off it. As it's for personal use, and only for personal use, I find that bout reasonable and unreasonable. However, as me (and others I have talked to) have noticed, kaiborg themselves cut the visors short.

@Feronium Alaska, switched back to 5.3, resolved to match the 5.3 pilot, and all I get it all lit.

@Feronium What would I be losing between the 5.3 and 7? I have all but the hall sensor either here or on the way.

@Feronium Trying hard to wire a proot, any chance you can give advice- using your Prot_OS7_MAX7219 coding, and after wiring and triple checking everything all i'm getting is led panel 1 working, but glitched out when rotated properly, sometimes the 2nd led panel works, nada else
