@AmericanAir ROFL - AA looked into my case and said that they cannot overturn another team’s decision, doesn’t matter if its unfair for their loyal consumer! And here they are trying to help everyone thats stranded because of Sprit Airlines - such losers!

@AmericanAir Don't fly #americanairlines. Never. It's human torture. There's zero fucking excuses for service this bad. In my last 2 flights with you, you've canceled one flight cause you couldn't find pilots and now I've been sitting on a tarmac for an hour after a 7 hour delay.

@AA_hub3 trying it 10th time, I hope they look into this in detail and not like any other AA team which looks at it high level and says we cannot change the decision made by another team even if it is wrong. Would definitely appreciate if someone calls and understands from me

@AmericanAir Your baggage delayed reporting system was not working when I tried reporting online after talking to your team at the Austin Airport - see attached screenshot, feel free to ask your team to check out the logs. Your Central Baggage team doesn’t even want to do their job.
