@DavidMalocco The solution is to lock him up and throw away the key. The Courts have been far too lenient with him and the crazy antics of his family screaming at and interrupting judges. There is no place in a democratic society for persistent law breakers.

@WexfordsBest @DavidMalocco I'll tell you the honest truth why I wont name them. I'd be afraid they'd come after me like they went after @DavidMalocco. But they lied and were caught out lying and the jury saw that. Shame on them and the DPP for hounding him for 7 years.

The truth @WexfordsBest is that they sanctioned that tax case against @DavidMalocco despite the fact they had zero evidence to shut up his criticism of the DPP and Revenue. Revenue were caught lying but do you think they will be done for perjury? Like f*ck they will.

@WexfordsBest @DavidMalocco I know who they are and I was in Court when 3 from Revenue were caught out telling lies. Absolutely shameful. It was a witchhunt but fair play to @DavidMalocco for standing up to that scum. Notice how the media ignored the result when the charges were thrown out.

@DMTVWS @DavidMalocco Revenue lie all the time in Court. Not once have they ever been prosecuted for perjury. It's an unwritten rule that the DPP won't bring such cases. If that isn't corruption what is? Who were the Revenue witnesses in that case?

The big question now is if Jules Thomas will be charged with obstruction of justice in the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

@DavidMalocco Helen McEntee was a useless Min for Justice and is indicative of the lack of talent in that party. The fact that this was not investigated earlier when it could have been is an absolute disgrace. But as usual no one takes responsibility for anything.

Why only now? In April 2022 I began writing to the then Min for J. Helen McEntee asking why M-VAC was not being used. She eventually replied in May 2022 "it is not within the Minister's remit". 3 years later AGS use M-VAC!!!! No wonder the French are fuming.
