@JohnClusterFox Let's be clear about this.
The case did go to trial.
In France.
And Ian Bailey was convicted of the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.
@DavidMalocco@Plantiermurder@Bernade88965032 Agree 100% and that fool Buttimer and idiot Jim Sheridan gratuitously insulted the French Court and the French people. Ignorant oafs that they are. No wonder the French are fuming at the handling of this case.
@Plantiermurder@Bernade88965032 The French police did not lie and the French Court were correct in their decision. They properly investigated the case against Bailey and came to the only logical conclusion.

"So what really changed in Ireland before the murder ?" Kay Reynolds speaking about Ian Bailey
Think you let the cat out of the bag there Kay
@DavidMalocco The solution is to lock him up and throw away the key. The Courts have been far too lenient with him and the crazy antics of his family screaming at and interrupting judges. There is no place in a democratic society for persistent law breakers.
ENOCH BURKE
Former teacher sacked for his controversial views on transgenderism to be arrested again for persistent court order breaches. What is the solution?
I’m not on the Enoch Burke train, don’t think he’s going about things the right way.
But would you have him teach your kids after all this?
I would in a heartbeat. You can’t doubt his morals, conviction, determination. Would love some of that instilled in my own kids at school.
Some private school will eventually make a lot of money by having him on the payroll.
BREAKING
Sophie du Plantier Murder
Marie Farrell's solicitor Butterfingers publishes photo of French suspect in Schull day before murder and claims it's proof positive Bailey was innocent and it was a froggie what done it.
@WexfordsBest@DavidMalocco I know who they are and I was in Court when 3 from Revenue were caught out telling lies. Absolutely shameful. It was a witchhunt but fair play to @DavidMalocco for standing up to that scum. Notice how the media ignored the result when the charges were thrown out.
The truth @WexfordsBest is that they sanctioned that tax case against @DavidMalocco despite the fact they had zero evidence to shut up his criticism of the DPP and Revenue. Revenue were caught lying but do you think they will be done for perjury? Like f*ck they will.
@DMTVWS@DavidMalocco They brought 40 charges hoping they'd get at least one conviction. Court threw out all 40 charges. That case went on for 7 years & cost taxpayers 500K - in pursuit of 10K. These liars should be exposed. I heard @DavidMalocco is writing a book Revenue Rogues & Other Liars.
@DavidMalocco@Plantiermurder@DMTVWS Be careful or they'll conjure up another 40 charges against you, waste 500K bringing you to court before a jury will throw them all out.
@Plantiermurder@DMTVWS The idea that Eamon Barnes read a single statement in that case is laughable. The man should have been "retired" 10 years earlier. That department still is the biggest joke in the country.
@DavidMalocco@Plantiermurder@DMTVWS I 100% agree with you. You provided evidence to point to his guilt, as did Nick Foster and Michael Sheridan. Jim Sheridan provided his opinion which he couldn't back up. That's the difference.
@Plantiermurder@DMTVWS The problem with Jim Sheridan is that he was too lazy to read all the evidence and confined himself to newspaper reports. That is why his "documentary" was deeply flawed and an absolute disgrace. If there is evidence Bailey was innocent producd it. Opinion is irrelevant.
