@LakotaMan1 ICE arrested ~176 people per day in Texas in 2025. ~64K arrests. confirmed ~1/2 that by late July but numbers are still coming together. Minnesota, it's ~2K... Texas: 3% of undoc pop - Minnesota: 1.5% of undoc pop. A larger portion of Texas undoc were arrested.

Exactly. Trump’s attacking Minnesota in hopes of invoking the Insurrection Act. Declaring martial law and suspending the midterms is his long game. Stay vigilant. Stay safe my friends. Especially in Minnesota.

@VFinnishProbs If we're not significantly contributing, why is this NATO's plan and requirements when our support is reduced/removed?

The US doesn’t “pay for Europe's defence”. Of a $968bn global defence budget, only $33bn is spent in Europe, mostly on US bases which are not NATO bases. The actual US funding of NATO is approx $600m a year, about the same as Germany. The myth dies on contact with arithmetic.

@realBigBrainAI ...Except 100 years ago only ~25% of American labor worked in agriculture... Now about 10% work across the entire food system. We redistributed 15% of the labor, not 98%. History does not support the other claims made here. New jobs? sure. Deflation? doubtful (crash maybe).

Jonathan Ross, Founder and CEO of AI chip company Groq, offers a contrarian view: AI won't destroy jobs, it will create a labour shortage. He outlines three things that will happen because of AI: First, massive deflationary pressure. "This cup of coffee is going to cost less. Your housing is going to cost less. Everything is going to cost less." He explains this will happen through robots farming coffee more efficiently and better supply chain management, meaning people will need less money. Second, people will opt out of the economy. "They're going to work fewer hours. They're going to work fewer days a week, and they're going to work fewer years. They're going to retire earlier because they're going to be able to support their lifestyle working less." Third, entirely new jobs and industries will emerge. Jonathan points to history as evidence: "Think about 100 years ago. 98% of the workforce in the United States was in agriculture. When we were able to reduce that to 2%, we found things for those other 98% of the population to do." He continues: "The jobs that are going to exist 100 years from now, we can't even contemplate." Software developers didn't exist a century ago. In another century, they won't exist either, "because everyone's going to be vibe coding." The same applies to influencers, a career that would have been unthinkable 100 years ago but now earns people millions. His conclusion: deflationary pressure, workforce opt-outs, and new industries we can't yet imagine will combine to create one outcome... "We're not going to have enough people."

@elonmusk A changing population is not a failing one. Fluctuation is the rule, not the exception. Sustainability follows capacity, not targets.

@deepvoic3 @RichScotford @JDVance @grok Here's a video of them doing raids in a sanctuary city, during the Obama admin. Including arresting incorrect people that "look like the target." It is true that they are not wearing masks. They also weren't getting death threats at the time. youtu.be/JUXTqyH54ww?si…

@RichScotford @JDVance @grok This is dumb because he used a fact that didn't address the original claim nor refute it, it being during Obama admin, there weren't this masked gestapo like ice raiding cities... People falling for this have brainrot and cant think for themselves. You're getting openly gaslight

This argument is just entirely fake, for two reasons. 1) In the Obama administration, they counted being turned away at the border as a deportation. A person would show up, be sent back, and counted as a deportation. We have to do deportations from the interior of the country because Biden and Harris let them walk in. 2) In the cities that are not sanctuary cities, the deportation process is orderly and normal--like most law enforcement. In Minneapolis and a few other sanctuary jurisdictions, local jurisdictions and a few leftwing agitators have decided to wage war on all immigration enforcement officers. They are hoping that a little chaos will convince us to give up on immigration enforcement. They are wrong.

Barack Obama deported more than 3 million people from this country while he was president. No masked gangs descending on neighborhoods, snatching ordinary working people from their cars and disappearing them, storming homes without judicial warrants. This is just force, not law.

Today at 34 & Park in Minneapolis, a woman tried to drive down the street where a protest had broken out in front of a home ICE was raiding, saying she had a doctor apt to get to. ICE agents busted out her windows, cut off her seatbelt, and pulled her out before arresting her.

@shipwreckshow # of visa's issued in 2024 10.9M... # of O-1 visas (extraordinary creatives) ~20K, or 0.18% of Visas... 50% of them ~10K or 0.09% of all Visas were presumably for OF models. Less than 1% of US citizens are OF models. Seems like the visas issued are matching work representation👍

@AntiWokeMemes No. All convicted rapists should be locked in a cage until either 1) new evidence comes to light that exonerates them, allowing for their release, or 2) they die. Their ideology or place of origin should have no impact on the consequences of committing these crimes.
