I put my exact math in my tweet yesterday, screenshotted by excel. I am assuming Dell is not a seller which I think is reasonable since they just invested and it was a strategic investment. ETF index provider excluded them too from their calc. That’s 2.11M so that’s the big # I think you prob include and should exclude. Myself and the ETF Index provider calculated free float near 5.9M.

The 3.15mm public warrants are not subject to the private warrant lockup so they are exercisable. We don't have any updated filing for any exercises to back into #
