وعد ترامب للأرملة الصهيونية؟ تصريحات #ترامب عن #غزة التي يراها كثير من المراقبين وحتى السياسيين على مستوى العالم دربا من الهراء والخرافة لها أهداف كثيرة داخلية وخارجية فعلى الصعيد الداخلى يخوض ترامب حربا كبيرة يقودها إيلون ماسك لتفكيك الدولة الأمريكية عبر تصفية الحسابات مع كل خصومه في كل موقع،و إقالة عشرات الآلاف من الموظفين أو دفعهم للإستقالة بما فيهم عملاء السي آي إيه وكبار موظفي أجهزة الدولة،أما على الصعيد الخارجي فربما تكون اختبارا لجس نبض العالم و العرب خصوصا بخصوص قراره الخطير المرتقب من خلال وعده للمليارديرة الإسرائيلية الأميركية الصهيونية ميريام أديلسون التي منحت حملته الانتخابية 100 مليون دولار مقابل إعلانه ضم الضفة الغربية لإسرائيل،وقد سبق أن دعمت أديلسون و زوجها ترامب في حملته الرئاسية الأولى عام بمبلغ 75 مليون دولار مقابل إعلان القدس عاصمة لإسرائيل وقد فعلها ترامب،فهل يهدف ترامب من خلال تصريحاته المتكررة طيلة الأيام الماضية عن غزة أن تكون قنبلة دخانية يغطي بها على هدفه الأساسي وهو ضم الضفة الغربية إلى إسرائيل؟لا سيما وأنه قال في تصريحات أخيرة إن إسرائيل دولة صغيرة ؟ هل يفعلها ترامب ويفي بوعده للأرملة الصهيونية مالكة شركة "لاس فيغاس ساندز" للمنتجعات وصالات القمار،ويعلن ضم الضفة الغربية لإسرائيل؟ ثم يلتفت بعدها لغزة؟

Devastating. Where are the 1m+ displaced Gazans supposed to live after this war? What’s the plan?

I might regret sharing this later but oh wells. In F2, I was seriously burnout, working a crazy rota in an unsupportive department coupled with repeated MRCS A failures and struggled to pay my bills. I remember calling my GP in tears saying I realised I'm normally not this tired, irritable & anxious. GP was supportive, offered therapy & to speak to OH for me. I remember sitting in my TPD office in tears feeling like I am to blame for everything although my TPD said what I was going through is very common, he thought I was doing my best & I was one of the most reflective trainees and the rotation I had at the time was a notoriously toxic one. Luckily, I had the most supportive ES & TPD who had my back. I remember clearly it was something I was desperately trying to hide from my doctor colleagues at work as it was somewhat a taboo thing. I remember the remarks and comments people made about others who were suffering from similar issues. I was scared calling in sick for mental health because I was worried my colleagues would judge me. I nearly left medicine then to save myself. Somehow I managed to recover with the help from my support networks, therapy and a better placement but this still haunts me when I think about that dark time.

What are the learning points from this. Still reflecting. Information overload without context can be misleading. It is better to be bluntly honest so people can decide better for themselves. We need to actively find out the issues of juniors & solve them.

This is a slightly embarrassing story. An IMG doctor was waiting to join a trust & we added them into junior doctor WhatsApp group so they get to know people early. Reading issues discussed on the WhatsApp group, the IMG doctor pulled out of the job, saying it's not worth it.
