There is growing chatter in league circles that Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love is in play with Arizona at No. 3 overall. Ideally, the Cardinals would like to find a team willing to trade up so they can acquire more picks, and there have already been “exploratory” calls, as one source described it, regarding the No. 3 selection. Apparently, Nats coaches are now using tennis rackets instead of fungos to hit fly balls to their outfielders. This is really the point in baseball, where you’ve gotta sit there and go holy crap. We need more baseball people and less nerds teaching this game.

Cade Cavalli induced a ground ball right at CJ Abrams for a routine double play. Would've ended inning. Abrams couldn't field ball.
