@Dodge I’ve had my EV charger at the dealership since 12/11/2025. It’s still there. Vehicle is a safety hazard. I have not received it back. It’s been a total of 93 days! 0 support from Stellantis and dodge. They rejected my buy back.

Can @Dodge and Ram both take a look at how your employee treated a customer, MY brother. Mind you he bought this truck in October of 2025 and it’s been in YOUR shop since January… they got it back and it broke down within 45 minutes….

@Dodge I have asked the case manager for an update on our reimbursement and have heard nothing. The truck still isn’t fixed so we can’t send closed work orders

@Dodge Either this service department knows nothing about dodge cars or they tried to get another thousand dollars on the fuel pumps, I ended up doing it myself in half that time since fuel tank removal is not required.
I got a service quote from local @Dodge dealer and it has 3 problems. 1 double billing labor where the same task has to be done to replace 2 parts they want labor twice to do it once; 1 unnecessary part, the seal comes with a new fuel pump but they added an a new seal as well...

@Chrysler meanwhile I am sitting on top of a hill in the Texas hill country. No vehicle having to rely on neighbors and Walmart delivery. No clue when we will get our truck and at this point I’ve lost all faith in Dodge. Here we are 70 miles from anywhere. @Dodge & @Chrysler

Apparently, there isn’t a 2025 ProMaster 3500 fuel pump anywhere in North America. My van’s been @dodge for almost 6 wks. This has to be a joke @realDonaldTrump. Hey, @StellantisNA. Want to give me $2,000 for my van payment?
@Dodge I've been having issues, pretty much since I took delivery in August, and I have reached out. The dealership is at a loss, and Dodge says it's only supposed to work 3-5 times per ignition cycle, which should be better than " own hatch, put stuff in, good luck getting it out "
@Dodge when are you going to have an actual fix for the truck hatch/BCU on the Charger Daytona? I'm tired of not knowing if it'll open or not. Stopped at Aldi Saturday and my regular grocery store today, both times the hatch opened at the store but not at home.

It has now been 93 days since my 2025 @Dodge Charger Daytona has been inoperable. I did a one-pay for my lease in September and haven't put a mile on it since.
As we are approaching the 100-day mark, I'm taking bets on if I'll get the car repaired before or after that point.
